What's going on here?

This entire website is a working experiment in marketing execution. Here, we go through the growing pains of testing, reworking, and analyzing approaches and concepts of traditional marketing fused with AI, storytelling, and self development so you don't have to. Check out the portfolio lab!

What problem do we solve?

Most marketing playbooks only show the polished success stories, but that’s not the whole picture. The Woasis solves the problem of surface-level marketing insights by revealing the entire journey from ideation to execution, including the pivots, experiments, and unexpected challenges that shape real success.

Who created the Woasis?

Hi, I’m Wallach, the multi passionate head curator of The Woasis. If you’re here, you’re one step closer to exploring the imperfect and iterative process of marketing, creativity, and business. The greatest people I’ve met all share three things: self-belief, curiosity, and the awareness to turn perseverance into a superpower. I believe you’re no different.

I'm a life long learner whose transformed their reality and confidence by stepping out of my comfort zone and using curiosity and perseverance as fuel to get me to my next destination. I've performed for crowds on stages once graced by legends, appeared on television, trained at the Moscow Art Theatre School, and now work at one of the largest and most successful companies at the intersection of AI, product development, and marketing solutions. These experiences have made me grow a great appreciation for strategy, creativity, and marketing.

My path has never been linear, and I’ve never fit neatly into one box. I know many others don’t either. That’s why I built The Woasis, a space where exploration and growth are always welcome. Whether you’re a non-linear professional, a creative, or a business leader, this is where you can harness the power of marketing, storytelling, AI, and self-development. I’ll share every imperfection along the way, the iterations, the pivots, and the lessons, so you can learn to create a final result you’ll be proud of.

Thanks for being here.

What inspired the idea of the Woasis?

Earth's Symbolism:

The Woasis is inspired by what an oasis represents—a thriving space in the middle of a vast, challenging environment. Just like an oasis provides water and life in the desert, The Woasis is meant to be a safe space for marketers, creatives, and business leaders to explore, experiment, and refine ideas in an ever evolving digital world.

Virgil Abloh:

The Woasis also draws inspiration from Virgil Abloh’s Free Game, a space built on openness, accessibility, and resourcefulness. Despite Abloh’s passing in 2021, Free Game continues to provide guidance, tools, and inspiration to emerging entrepreneurs looking to start something of their own. It's also special that Virgil is from Illinois, and studied at the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, my hometown. There he was influenced by the institute's great minds and  the city of Chicago's massive influence in global design and architecture.

Huacachina, Peru

Visually, The Woasis was born from the surreal beauty of Huacachina, Peru, a rare inhabited oasis in the Americas. Standing at the edge of its golden dunes, surrounded by an endless desert, I felt the weight of vastness and isolation. It was a reminder of how easily we can feel lost in the overwhelming sprawl of the internet—and the ever-changing world of marketing. In that moment, I saw what The Woasis could be: a refuge, a place to pause, to learn, to experiment, and to find clarity in the noise

The Reality of Innovation:

My experience at Google reinforced a lesson I had already begun to understand. No company, no matter how big, gets it right on the first try. Remember Bard? Even billion-dollar companies launch imperfectly, gather feedback, and iterate relentlessly. The same principle applies to marketing, business, and personal growth.

So, what about you? Could you take that same approach, launch fast, learn, and iterate for your career, brand, or business? I think so. And I’ll show you how I do it.

How we work.

Here, we test and experiment with:

  • Strategy

  • Creativity

  • AI & Automation

  • Product Marketing

  • Brand Management

  • Resources & Blueprints
